Margaret Park - The Cook

Meet Margaret, creative powerhouse, accidental domestic queen, and champion of the no-glitter movement.  Margaret is part of our amazing production crew, working her magic in the engraving and printing team with the kind of precision that would make a laser jealous. She's got a sharp eye for detail, a love of all things creative, and an impressive ability to avoid glitter at all costs.

Before joining us, Margaret wore many hats, including a stint at Triple Zero Emergency Services (yes, she really knows how to stay calm under pressure), and a successful run on the local art scene, winning prizes for painting and emerging artistry.  These days, she channels that same creativity into her work here, and into cooking up a storm at home, thanks to her bestie: Nagi (RecipeTin Eats).

She’s also a jewellery maker, a lover of 80's music, and a firm believer that humidity is the enemy.  While exercise isn’t exactly her cup of tea, she will go the distance to avoid glitter, crowds, and rude people.  And despite once being a self-confessed domestic rookie, motherhood fast-tracked her into mastering ovens and washing machines like a true domestic goddess.

Claim to Fame:  Margaret’s won art prizes, worked in emergency services, and once survived motherhood without knowing how to cook or do laundry; now she’s training for MasterChef and the Laundry Olympics.

Superpower:  Creating beautifully engraved items while effortlessly avoiding all forms of cardio. And yes, she will judge you if you play 90's music and call it retro.
